What is post-consumer recycled plastic flexible packaging?

Is PCR different from recyclable and biodegradable?

Generally, PCR packaging cannot be recycled again. PCR packaging is already derived from previously used material; it's technically already recycled, so it can't be recycled anymore. Because PCR packaging has become sustainable, there is no need to choose compostable or biodegradable packaging.
