Currently, our minimum order quantity for standard gravure printing is 10K units, while the minimum order quantity for digital printing suitable for startups and small businesses is 1K - 5K.

Are they microwaveable? Can they be freezer-freezer-free?

No, not all custom pouches are microwave-friendly, and if they are, they need to be specially customized. They can be stored in any home freezer, but they are not suitable for commercial deep freezing (temperatures below -30° F).

Are these personalized pouches suitable for food packaging?

Yes, all of our custom stand up pouches are leak-proof and suitable for direct contact with food.

How much protection do your custom stand up pouches provide for the product inside? Do they help extend the life of the product?

How do I seal these small pouches?

The pouches can be sealed using an impulse heat sealer. Heat sealing ensures product freshness for your customers. Apply the heat seal above the tear. Once the bag is opened, the optional zipper can be used to reseal the bag.
