Sustainability matters, but a supplement pouch must first keep the contents stable throughout storage, transport and repeated use.
Protein powders, vitamins and functional blends can react differently to humidity, oxygen, light and aroma loss. A pouch suitable for capsules may not provide the same performance required for collagen powder or oily gummies.

Pouch dimensions are customized according to the actual product density and filling weight rather than estimated only by volume.
Certified industrially compostable film structures are available for suitable applications. Selected home-compostable options may also be considered, depending on the required barrier level and the certification coverage of the complete pouch.
The compostability status of the film, zipper, adhesive, ink and other components should always be reviewed together before any environmental claim is printed on the packaging.
Barrier requirements vary significantly between supplement products. BioPack can recommend structures with different levels of moisture, oxygen, aroma and light protection according to the formulation and intended shelf life.
For sensitive products, filled-product testing is recommended before commercial launch.
Multi-serving supplement packaging can include a resealable zipper, tear notch and wide opening for easier filling and consumer use.
The zipper position, top-seal area and gusset size can be adjusted to suit scoops, powders and repeated opening.

Are these supplement pouches fully compostable?
They can be made with certified compostable film structures. The final claim depends on the complete pouch specification, including the zipper, inks, adhesives and accessories.
Can compostable pouches protect protein powder?
Yes. Suitable structures can provide moisture and oxygen protection for protein powders and other dry supplements. The required barrier level should be selected according to the formulation, storage conditions and shelf-life target.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Eligible digital-print projects may start from approximately 500 pieces. The actual MOQ depends on the pouch size, material, printing method and number of designs.
Can several supplement flavors be produced together?
Yes. Digital printing is particularly suitable for multiple SKUs and smaller quantities per design.
Can the pouches include a resealable zipper?
Yes. Zipper options are available for multi-serving powder, capsule and gummy packaging. The zipper specification should be confirmed together with the compostability requirements.

Is a transparent window available?
A clear or shaped window may be added to selected structures. However, it may reduce light or barrier protection, so product sensitivity should be reviewed first.
