What is the MOQ for custom stand up tea pouches?
The MOQ for the current kraft paper compostable configuration is approximately 10,000 pieces. Final MOQ can vary depending on pouch size, material, printing and number of designs.

Yes. Pouch dimensions can be customized according to your tea type, filling weight and packaging requirements.
Can the pouch be resealed after opening?
Yes. A resealable zipper can be added so consumers can close the pouch between uses.
Are these pouches suitable for loose-leaf tea?
Yes. Stand up pouches are suitable for loose-leaf tea, herbal tea, tea blends and many other dry tea products.
Can you make high-barrier tea packaging?
High-barrier structures are available. The recommended structure depends on your tea type, shelf-life target and required protection against moisture, oxygen and light.
Can I use this pouch for matcha?
Yes, but matcha is particularly sensitive to oxygen, moisture and light. A higher-barrier structure may therefore be more appropriate than a basic kraft pouch. Tell us your expected shelf life so we can evaluate the packaging requirements.
Can you print different tea flavors or designs?
Yes. Custom artwork can be produced for different tea varieties and SKUs. Send us the number of designs and quantity per design when requesting your quotation.
Can you recommend a pouch size for my tea?
Yes. Send us your tea type, filling weight and preferably an existing pouch or product sample. Because loose-leaf tea varies greatly in density, filling weight alone may not determine the correct dimensions.
